Twicet from Themeforest is what you would call a Professional looking Portfolio theme, its best part is the featured image slider, you can choose any category to show off and picture to use with that post, it has a little preview window to see what post is coming up, it has 9 different widget areas, you get 5 different colour styles, a built in ajax contact form, Twicet auto-scales images to fit them nicely into your featured window and posts, you can show just your portfolio page or just your blog page, your featured window has auto-rotation moving one picture to the other and plenty more.
