We got a few requests for this theme, so we thought we would post it. its a nice styled theme designed to be a portfolio theme, with 2 columns, widget ready, comes with a beautiful image slider built into the homepage and portfolio page for showcasing your work, navbar has a great looking jquery drop down menu, it is also layed out so you can setup a great deal of static pages and menus and on top of all that you get 9 different styles all with different backgrounds and colors. Comes complete with setup instructions on how to get your theme going.

uploading the zip to wordpress does not work. does anyone have the same problem or know why/how to fix it?
You would need to drag and drop the themes folder into your themes directory, then activate it in wordpress.
